Danh sách ngành nghề visa 457 bị loại bỏ kể cả đã nộp hồ sơ

Tính đến ngày 19/4/2017, bộ di trú Úc đưa ra loại bỏ dành cho 59 ngành nghề trong danh sách làm việc của visa 457:

  • Được nộp vào sau ngày 19/4
  • Được nộp trước ngày 19/4 nhưng vẫn chưa nhận được quyết định chính thức của bộ di trú.

Nếu ngành nghề của bạn nằm trong danh sách, nhân viên di trú sẽ đánh giá những điều khoản này có áp dụng cho trường hợp cụ thể của vị trí bạn đề cử hay không.

Nếu bạn có đơn đăng ký trước ngày 19/4 và chắc chắn rằng bạn không đáp ứng được yêu cầu, có thể rút lại bằng văn bản và yêu cầu hoàn lệ phí nộp đơn. Nếu bạn không rút đơn và không đủ điểu kiện thì đơn của bạn sẽ bị hủy bỏ.

Những khuyến cáo này được đưa ra để đảm bảo rằng chương trình visa 457 được sử dụng để lấp đầy các vị trí có tay nghề mà không thể lấp đầy thông qua thị trường lao động địa phương. Nếu bạn đang làm việc ở một vị trí có tay nghề cao, bạn sẽ không bị ảnh hưởng bởi những sắp xếp mới này.
